Master in European Funds Management for Sports Organizations

Ege University Faculty of Sport Sciences announces the launch of the project Master in European Funds Management for Sports Organizations (FUNDSPORT) (ERASMUS-EDU-2025-EMJM-DESIGN), funded by the European Commission through the Erasmus Mundus Programme.

The project has an implementation period of 15 months, from 1 December 2025 to 27 February 2027, with a total budget of EUR 60,000. The main objective of the project is to design an innovative master’s programme focused on the management of European funds within sports organizations, with particular emphasis on inclusion, digitalization, and sustainability.

Together with its partner universities—the National University of Physical Education and Sports, Bucharest (Romania), the Vasil Levski National Sports Academy, Sofia (Bulgaria), and the State University of Moldova, Chișinău (Republic of Moldova)—Ege University Faculty of Sport Sciences invites students, representatives of national and local authorities, and sports organizations to participate in the activities that will be organized within the framework of the project.

Through this initiative, Ege University Faculty of Sport Sciences and its partners aim to strengthen their position within the European Higher Education Area and to contribute to the education of qualified specialists capable of addressing current and future challenges in the sports sector.
